Refund policy

All returns are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items + a $5 processing fee (which will be deducted from the original payment amount) and all shipping fees and costs are non-refundable.

Upon approval, a shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see required criteria below: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and unused. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FREE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON ORDERS PLACED UNDER A SALES PROMOTION. (i.e. BOGO, 50% off, BOG2, etc.) Exchanges and returns are available for items purchased at FULL PRICE ONLY.

Cancellations In order to qualify for an order cancellation, you must contact us by email within 2 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, your order may have already been processed, in which case we will not be able to cancel your order at that time. We offer a ONE-TIME FREE EXCHANGE service for all paid purchases except promotional sale items. If you accept this offer, all future refund requests for that order will be lost.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item; We will gladly send you a new item depending on the proof provided of such circumstance. *However, if the customer breaks or damages the product while in use, no refunds will be given.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). . We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

14-day reflection period in the European Union
Without prejudice to the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
